Do you know a student who would appreciate attending a science camp this summer? The Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science & Technology is offering two options this year, one that is out of this world and another that focuses on bits. Both include plenty of time interacting with the MOST’s other science exhibits.

2016may4_CuriositySelfieMars4WebMission to Mars camps run July 18 to 22 for children 7 to 10 and Aug. 8 to 12 for children 11 to 14. Cost is $250 per child for members, and $280 for nonmembers. Get all the details on our website (www.most.org/2_ee_camp.cfm).

Weeklong Codemania camps, which is for children ages 8 through 12, will run every week in August, for a total of five weeks. The cost is $380 per week. Contact Codemania (Team@codemaniacamp.com) for more information or visit their website (codemaniacamp.com) to sign up.

So let the parents of those science-minded children know about these great opportunities, or send your own children. They’ll enjoy a summer of the MOST science learning!

And for those looking for details about the Mission To Mars sessions, the website contents (as of May 4th) are provided below. Check the official website for updates!

Join the MOST’s Mission to Mars this summer!

2016may4_CuriositySelfieMars4WebNASA is planning its first human trip to Mars in the 2030s, but your children don’t have to wait that long. They can launch into a planetary adventure this summer with the MOST’s Mission to Mars camp.

These astronauts-in-training will explore current and past NASA projects to inspire their natural curiosity. Campers will complete an astronaut training obstacle course, design a Mars lander, get engrossed in the stars during a planetarium show, and experience a taste of what it’s like to live in space.

They’ll also have plenty of time to explore the museum and much more.
